The coaching impacts questionnaire has been created to
   • Evaluate the coaching service that the coaching client (‘Coachee’) is receiving
   • Engage you in the coaching evaluation tool
   • Identify different perspectives between you and the Coachee
   • Identify and agree key development issues for the coachee
Part one sets the baseline at, or near, the beginning of the coaching.  It is a self-assessment format, linking general skills with the Network Rail values and Leadership Behaviours.  It also asks about your perspective on the Coachee’s coaching goals and the progress they are making.
