Beverly has 25+ years of experience in maximizing the potential of individuals and achieving strong organizational results. She is passionate about helping individuals identify and leverage their strengths, while supporting them in overcoming personal challenges to their success.
Her coaching is informed by years of experience in all facets of developing individual contributors to become leaders. As Executive Director of an international legal network, she honed her skills in working cross-culturally, building capacity and collaboration.
