Organisations need good leadership; leadership coaching makes a key difference

We support organisations find the best leadership approach for them; we develop leaders and provide coaching services which enable them to use their skills.

Coaching for leadership behaviours is a highly rewarding experience - yet it demands a lot of the coach too.  This programme will help you avoid the traps and pitfalls, develop your understanding of leadership behaviours, and improve your coaching skills.

The 'Coaching for Leadership Behaviours' programme supports you to coach others, to International Coach Federation standards, to develop their leadership behaviours.  For a quick overview of the Schroder model, click here.
