The coaching impacts questionnaire has been created to
   • Evaluate the coaching service that the coaching client (‘Coachee’) is receiving
   • Engage you in the coaching evaluation tool
   • Identify different perspectives between you and the Coachee
   • Identify and agree key development issues for the coachee
Part one sets the baseline at, or near, the beginning of the coaching.  It is a self-assessment format, linking general skills with the Network Rail values and Leadership Behaviours.  It also asks about your perspective on the Coachee’s coaching goals and the progress they are making.

Stefano also trained in Brain-Based Coaching with the Neuro Leadership Institute and is reading for an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology with the University of East London.

With over many years’ experience within the Engineering environment, from apprentice through to Senior Manager, with the last 21years in the engineering sales and sales management role. Moving into Coaching and Training from 2017.

Training in mentoring, coaching, sales skills, leadership, feedback skills & Team building. Facilitating workshops of up to 110 personnel. Gaining ICF credentials of ACC in 2019 then PCC in 2021.
Mike moved into the Global Learning and people development team within his corporate organization in 2019, working with all nationalities across the world in the role of Global Trainer and Development Coach. Being part of a team that set up and ran a Global Aerospace Academy in 2019, then setting up a Global Coaching Academy for leadership in 2020.
