Part one sets the baseline at, or near, the beginning of the coaching.  It is a self-assessment format, linking general skills with the Network Rail values and Leadership Behaviours.  It also asks about your perspective on the Coachee’s coaching goals and the progress they are making.

Four additional years of experience as an International Tour Guide at the United Nations confirmed her cultural sensitivity and sense of adaptability.
